Kakuzu – Black Threads

Kakuzu’s body is largely made up from black threads.
These threads allow him to sew things back together like Hidan’s head and Deidara’s arm!
The threads are also able to pierce flesh. Kakuzu is even able to use the threads to remove his opponents still beating hearts.
He is also able to integrate his opponents hearts into his own body to extend his own life!

Hidan is a member of the Jashin religion where anything less than death and total destruction is considered a sin.
By consuming his opponent’s blood and drawing the Jashin’s triangular design on the ground, Hidan is able to create a voodo style link with his opponents.
Once created, this link allows Hidan to give himself fatal injuries that actually damage his opponent’s body!
