Chiyo was the Sunagakure village poison and puppet expert.
She used her skills many times during the Second Great Shinobi World War but was often countered Tsunade’s medical expertise. This caused Chiyo to hold a grudge against Tsunade.
Chiyo was also responsible for sealing the One-Tailed Shukaku inside of Gaara and taught Sasori the Puppet Technique.
